1. Eligibility
The Dota 2 Item Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who: (a) are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry; (b) have a valid Steam account at Level 2 or above with a public profile; (c) reside in a jurisdiction where participation in online prize promotions is lawful. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the organizers are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
The Giveaway entry period begins on May 20, 2026 at 00:00 UTC and ends on June 15, 2026 at 23:59 UTC ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be considered. The organizers reserve the right to extend or shorten the Entry Period at their discretion.
3. How to Enter
To enter, visit this website during the Entry Period and submit your valid Steam username via the entry form. Only one (1) entry per Steam account is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Automated, bot-generated, or bulk entries are prohibited and will result in permanent disqualification.
4. Prizes
The prize pool consists of Dota 2 in-game cosmetic items with a combined estimated market value of approximately $20,000 USD. Prize values are estimates based on current Steam Community Market prices and may fluctuate. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. All prizes will be delivered via Steam's official trade offer system.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected on June 16, 2026 via a provably fair random draw. A cryptographic hash seed will be published 24 hours before the draw. All entries assigned a number from the pool will be eligible. The draw result can be independently verified using the published seed and any SHA-256 verification tool.
6. Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes
Winners will be contacted via a Steam trade offer sent to the account registered at entry. Winners must accept the trade offer within seventy-two (72) hours. Failure to claim the prize within this window will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be drawn. The organizers are not responsible for Steam account inaccessibility.
7. Privacy & Data
By entering, you consent to the collection of your Steam username, (if provided) email address, and IP address for the purposes of operating and administering this Giveaway. IP addresses are collected solely to detect and prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries and are not used for any other purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Entry data is retained for 90 days following winner announcement and then deleted. 8. Disqualification
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry for reasons including but not limited to: (a) provision of false or misleading information; (b) multiple entries from the same individual; (c) use of automated tools or bots; (d) any attempt to manipulate or undermine the draw process; (e) behaviour deemed harmful to the Giveaway or its participants.
9. Liability Disclaimer
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ORGANIZERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THIS GIVEAWAY AND DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR DISAPPOINTMENT SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF PARTICIPATING. THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH, SPONSORED BY, OR ENDORSED BY VALVE CORPORATION.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be subject to binding arbitration. By entering, you waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceedings related to this Giveaway.
11. Modification & Cancellation
The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Giveaway at any time and for any reason, including technical failures, fraud, or events outside their reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the organizers' sole obligation is to provide a prorated distribution of available prizes, at their discretion.
